Our privacy policy is pretty simple.
"We do not share / give away / sell / trade / etc. any
customer information with anyone unless required by a court
order."
If you have a domain registration (no matter where it was registered),
note that some domain registries (the organizations that maintain domain
registration data to make sure no two registrars register the same domain
name) are required by applicable laws to make certain information public
for law enforcement. For example, the U.S. Government requires the .com
.net .org .biz .info and .us registries to have public contact information
available via WHOIS for those domains. Other countries may or may not
have similar policies for their respective domains.
